Local expertise. Long-term partnerships. Sustainable development.
One80 Africa has been developing and supporting sustainable projects in Kenya since 2011.
With teams in Kenya and Germany, we combine deep local knowledge with international collaboration. Our work is based on long-term partnerships, cultural understanding, and the belief that sustainable development is achieved in collaboration with local communities.
Today, we are working on projects in various regions of Kenya in the areas of health, education, community development, and economic opportunities.
Our Approach
We view our projects as a collaborative process. They are developed in partnership with the communities. Through close collaboration with families, local leaders, professionals, and partner organizations, we develop solutions that build on actual needs and potential.
Our goal is to create projects that have a long-term impact, are locally driven, and enable sustainable change.
Our Presence
Most of our team lives and works in Kenya. This ongoing presence allows us to closely support projects, identify challenges early on, and build long-term relationships.
Our close ties to the people and regions we work with form the foundation of our work and are a key factor in the success of our projects.
Learn. Understand. Grow.
Since our founding in 2011, we have supported numerous projects in the fields of education, infrastructure, health, and community development.
Our work began with supporting local initiatives and has evolved over the years into the independent development and implementation of sustainable projects. Every partnership, every project, and every encounter has deepened our understanding and shaped our work. Today, these experiences form the foundation of our expertise in developing and implementing local projects in Kenya.
Our Vision
We want to help shape a future in which people have the opportunity to reach their full potential and actively contribute to the development of their communities.
Our focus is on creating spaces, networks, and opportunities that promote education, health, personal initiative, and social participation.
We view sustainability not merely as the long-term impact of projects, but as the ability of communities to shape their own future.
